What's the cost

Rates vary with the seasons - from 150€ to 250€ per night, for a maximum of six guests. The rate reduces at 7 nights and again at 14 and 30 nights.

The minimum stay is 7 nights in July & August, and 5 nights the rest of the year.

We do sometimes have special offers and last-minute gaps to fill – so check the calendar above and then click on the “Book Now” button below to calculate the cost of your stay.

We are obliged to collect taxe sejour (city tax) from all of our adult guests – the rate is 1.32€/adult/night. This will be included in the balance payment.

The cleaning fee is 150€ per stay.

A damage deposit of 500€ is pre-authorised against your card prior to arrival.

We do sometimes offer a reduced rate for 2 people - with only one bedroom and bathroom available for use - but you can choose which one!

How do I book?

To make the booking you will need to pay online by card. Just click the "book now" button to use our secure system.

To book you need to pay a 25% deposit, with the balance due 14 days prior to arrival. Until the balance payment is made the booking can be cancelled and you will be refunded in full. After the balance is paid the booking is no longer refundable but can either be postponed to a new date (subject to availability) or the amount credited as a voucher code for use against a future booking.

What's included?

We supply sheets and bedding (appropriate for the time of year) as well as bathroom and beach towels. One baby bed and bedding, and a high chair, are available on request.

All utilities and wifi are included.

There is a supply of tea, coffee, oils and spices, as well as basics such as toilet roll, dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap etc. If you finish something please replace it ready for the next guests.

Is there heating and air conditioning?

This is a traditional house with thick stone walls, designed to withstand the hot summers and cold winters of Provence. In winter the house is warm throughout, thanks to modern electric radiators and double pane windows. In summer, the wooden shutters and tiled floors keep things cool and there are fans in each room if it does get warm.

Arrival and departure

We operate entirely self check-in (4pm onwards) and self check-out (up to 11am). This gives you flexibility on your arrival and departure times. We will provide maps and access instructions.

Accessibility

The house is not accessible for persons of reduced mobility as all of the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the upper floors, reached only by a staircase.

COVID-19

We have implemented the following measures to reduce the risk of COVID19:
* No contact – we operate self check in and out. If you need our help then we will keep our distance and wear a mask. In addition, we are both fully vaccinated.
* Everything is washed and cleaned according to government recommendations and the house is aired between guests.

As well as this, you have the peace of mind that if your plans are disrupted then we will work with you to rearrange your trip
